About Brian

Brian has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998 and a licensed builder since 2016. However, Brian is a mechanical engineer and has been working in construction since 1995.

Brian Camp has been a REALTOR® since 1998, offering extensive experience in real estate, home building, and land development. As an engineer, REALTOR®, and builder, he provides comprehensive services including finding land, selling homes, and custom building. Through his association with Lovejoy Realty, he offers access to a large inventory of exclusive lots and acreage tracts. Brian is dedicated to helping families achieve their financial and creative goals for their dream projects, ensuring a stress-free and professional experience from start to finish.

Waterstone Homes, LLC was founded in 2016 and has been serving East Alabama, especially St. Clair County and Trussville, since that time. Waterstone is one of the only Flat Fee Cost Plus Custom Builders in Alabama, which means “Saving Money.” Waterstone does custom homes for families using your plan, or we can assist you with plans previously built. By using Waterstone, many families have been able to find land, build their home, and sometimes rent one of Brian’s rental homes while they build. The whole building project is a puzzle we can help you solve.
